I Have a Love/Hate with the Heart Rate Monitor

I swear, if the heart rate monitor tells me one more time that I burned 52 calories after a very fast 3-mile walk, I am going to chuck it into a body of water. So frustrating! The good news is that I got out for exercise ;-)

As I write this, my peeps are watching the Super Bowl after enjoying dinner and birthday cake for the husband's birthday. I have to admit that it was tough to skip this Carvel ice cream cake:


Tough, Internet. It was tough.

Breakfast - 1/2 c. oj, 1 c. skim milk, apple, oatmeal, 1 T. peanut butter, multivitamin, Adora calcium supplement



Lunch - 1/2 Kashi vegetable pizza




Dinner - 3 oz. grilled chicken breast, 1 c. broccoli w/ sprinkle of parmesan cheese, baked potato w/ Smart Balance
