I had no head ache but I had a blurred vision and dizzy spell what could be the cause of that??

I had a dizzy spell caused by blurred vision.  It only lasted about one minute.  My first reaction was Stroke!!!  I am very healthy and active in the work field. Not sure what would have caused this. I am 67 yrs old.
