I feel pain in my knee.i need to put effort to stand a while,can not walk properly.

I ,(Jayita Das ,sex:f),am 53 years old.i feel pain in my knees.that really put me in trouble.i can not stand properly ,after standing 5 or 6 mins i feel pain.I can not also walk properly  and can not also bend for that reason.It has been started  two months ago.
