i am taking three blood pressure meds and cumdon for clots, I seem to get dizy on standing and turning... Help

Taking Labetol, Comudon,Clonidine and Benicar, and I just started the last two due to blood presure being 204/102 after my stay in the hospital with clots.  Now I get dizy on standing and turning sharpe.
