I was able to sneak out at lunch today to stock up on some much-needed groceries. The cupboard was very, very bare! We've got enough healthy stuff to last through the weekend now at least.
I ended up throwing and catching the lacrosse ball to the boy for an hour so he could practice using his new stick. No idea what the calorie burn might have been, but I am certain that it was more than driving or sitting at my desk ;-)
