Houston, We Have Groceries

I was able to sneak out at lunch today to stock up on some much-needed groceries. The cupboard was very, very bare! We've got enough healthy stuff to last through the weekend now at least.

I ended up throwing and catching the lacrosse ball to the boy for an hour so he could practice using his new stick. No idea what the calorie burn might have been, but I am certain that it was more than driving or sitting at my desk ;-)

Breakfast (375)
1 whole wheat waffle (80)
1 T. syrup (70)
1/4 c. cottage cheese (45)
1 apple (90)
1 T. peanut butter (90)

Lunch (330)
Lean Cuisine Chicken Philly Flatbread (330)

Kid Cliff Bar (140)
1 sl. whole wheat bread (70) w/ 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge (35)
1 sl. deli chicken (60) w/ 2 sl. American cheese (50)

Dinner (400)
wrap: Flat Out bread, Boar's Head chicken, lacey swiss cheese, mustard, 1 tsp. light mayo, carrots/lettuce/tomato (300)
100 cal. chocolate pretzels (100)
NOTE: This is a pretty good alternative to regular bread or rolls. Only 90 calories with 9 grams of fiber. This is the light version. The regular version had at least 140 calories.

TOTAL: 1,455 calories
