Oh. My. God. I took the kids to Macaroni Grill today for lunch. They have been angels during these first two days of Spring Break #2, so this was their pick. Take a look at how many calories I spent with the "Roma Combos" choices I made. I was not in the mood for a salad, but my goodness what a mistake. Thankfully, I exercised today and counted calories before dinner. Never again!
Speaking of exercise, I took a 30-minute walk with the boy for 100 calories and did level one of the 30-Day Shred DVD for about 200 calories. I cannot confirm that since my heart rate monitor flatlined on me somewhere in the middle of the routine. Whatever.

**These were described as two mini grilled cheese sandwiches with tomatoes. I could have eaten one and done less damage, but I had both. Evil! P.S. They were VERY tasty, as you can imagine ;-) A year ago, I would have ordered this or something higher in calories and would not have given it a second thought. Progress!
