Today was one of those days when I wished that I wore my heart rate monitor to see how many calories I burned. I walked/jogged on the treadmill at the gym for 45 minutes during lunch, washed the dogs, cleaned bathrooms, and took the kids for a 30-minute walk after dinner. In between, I worked and drove the kids back and forth to school. Whew! I'm beat.
Breakfast 1/2 c. oj 1 packet oatmeal 1 c. skim milk 1 T. peanut butter multivitamin Lunch 1 whole wheat tortilla 2 sl. turkey 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge lettuce, tomato nectarine Snack 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge 1 c. grapes few pretzels granola bar Dinner 1 2% Fage yogurt w/ cherry (couldn't get through this for some reason) 1 sl. veg. pizza |
