Got 3 minutes? Get a makeover...

Dumbells One of the worksheets I give to both my coaching and pre-retirement course clients is my '10 Daily Habits' task, which asks them to list 10 things they could do each day which would really make a difference to their health and wellbeing. 

If you like to give it a go but are stuck for ideas about things you could do on a daily basis, check out this article from Mail Online .  It gives you a whole slew of ideas for things that you can do, even when you only have a few spare minutes in which to do them.  (I know you wouldn't need to do some of them every day - checking your bank statement or rearranging your fridge, for example - but some of the list items would be extremely beneficial if done on a daily basis, or even more often than that!)
