Fitting it In

A big part of being a mom, wife, and professional is finding time to fit everything into your day without slighting one over the other. Work/life balance is always a juggling act here. I ended up fitting in exercise late today after I made sure that all humans and animals were fed and didn't get started on a walk until after 8:00 p.m. Honestly, I didn't realize how dark my neighborhood gets at night! I am not one to get spooked, but I did pick up the pace to get home quicker tonight ;-)



TGIF...have a good weekend, everyone!


Breakfast
1 whole wheat bagel square
1 T. peanut butter
1 t. rasberry jelly
1/2 c. oj



Lunch

2 home made burritos by Dad...very good! I think these were small corn tortillas with some refried beans, peppers, lowfat cheese, and salsa. Right up my alley!







Snacks

handful of low fat Wheat Thins and a Laughing Cow cheese wedge



Dinner

1 whole wheat tortilla

1/4 c. light shredded cheese

1/2 c. vegetarian black beans

handful of baby carrots

light ranch dip
