Second, the feeding size of the crusher should be not more than 85%. Otherwise, the production yield of the crusher may be reduced and some components of the cone crusher may be damaged. Third, load start of the crusher should not be allowed, which will cause accidents. Forth, when you stop the machine, you should firstly stop the feeding machine. In addition, you can stop the machine after the ore in the crushing cavity is completely discharged.
Second, in terms of the production of the cone crusher is related to the production, feed method, feed blocks degree, the discharging degree, the physical and mechanical properties of the ore and the temperature range.
Third, for the replacement of the rolling mortar, there is U-shaped screw on the adjustment ring. The zinc alloy is injected between the screw and the adjustment ring to make them tight. When you install or replace the rolling mortar, you should check the tight situation of the rolling mortar after the crushing wall of the cone crusher has worked for 6 to 8 hours.
Fifth, for the meshing of the gear, since the friction causes the attrition of the round board, the change between the gears will be affected. In order to ensure the normal meshing of the gear, you should add a pad on the bottom of the machine. The thickness of the pad should be equal to the attrition amount.
Sixth, when you install the bowl-shaped bearing, you should note not to make the wire rope break the oil thrower. During the assembly, the scraping for the supporting spherical surface is necessary to ensure the ring gap of 0.35mm to 0.50mm between the cone and the bowl-shaped spherical surface.
