After my jog/walk, I drank a Propel, got the resident baseball player ready for his game, and made breakfast. Here's how it rolled today:
Breakfast
1 whole wheat bagel
1 T. almond butter
1 t. strawberry jelly
1 c. skim milk
1 packet sugar free Carnation Instant Breakfast
LunchSalad from Salad Creations: romaine, mushrooms, carrots, green pepper, red onion, cucumbers, turkey, and a bit of feta cheese and balsamic vinagrette
1/2 c. Light & Fit vanilla yogurt
Again, no offense to Salad Creations - the salad was pretty good - but they had no nutrition info readily available, and I could not find it on their Web site. I ended up doing a Google search for it, and even then, felt like I was guessing. Seems like a salad place should be transparent with the info!


Snack
slice of chicken and cheese
100 calorie popcorn

This is the last time that I am going to buy the 100 calorie popcorn; I'd rather pop a big bag and measure. No matter what I try, it always comes out 50% burnt...yuck!
