Better
Posted Mar 31 2009 11:18pm
I was super conscious about what I was doing eating-wise today and did much better despite an equally as hectic schedule.
No exercise to brag about. I'm looking at my schedule for tomorrow now to see when I can fit it in.
Breakfast
1 c. pine-oj-banana juice
1 kashi oatmeal w/ 1 T. peanut butter
1 c. skim mik
multivitamin
Lunch (Networking Meeting)
3/4 bag Sun Chips
sandwich: grilled chicken, lettuce, cucumbers
Snacks
yogurt
pretzels
Laughing Cow cheese wedge
piece of granola with 1 t. peanut butter
Dinner
angel hair pasta, sauce, and chicken
carrots
grapes
one cupcake
