“Still Shot” photo shoot yesterday.. I can see my balance exercises working on myself. The photographer was impressed that I was able to hold positions with no body movement to enable her to use longer exposure times.
The secret is being consistent with practice and patient with waiting for results.
If the exercises are able to help someone like me who has good balance imagine what they can do for someone who has standing and walking balance issues
I envision a world where our aging population is less prone to life changing falls!
Next step, complete the written descriptions and pick which exercises go into the eBook sampler.
