Back in Action

I was finally able to get exercise in today by swimming for 30 minutes while the boy took a stroke development class at the aquatic center. I did about 1,200 meters of freestyle, breast stroke, and backstroke. It was great!

1 c. skim milk

1 sugar free Carnation Instant Breakfast

1 whole wheat bagel square

1 T. peanut butter

1 t. jelly

1 c. strawberries



Lunch



turkey

cheese

bread



Snacks



1 packet almonds

1 sl. cheese



Dinner



chicken soup

salad w/ scallops and shrimp

cookie
