Fourteen pounds down...hooray! I think if I had been exercising more, I would have lost more, but I am happy with this. Better than gaining 14 ;-)
Breakfast
1 c. skim milk (80)
1 Sugar Free Carnation Instant Breakfast (60)
1 c. grapes (60)
1 c. Quaker Oat Squares (210)
Lunch
1 c. carrots (50)
1 c. whole wheat penne w/ tuna - from dinner last night (400)
Snacks
Kashi bar (120)
Juice Blendz smoothie (175)
baked chips (120)
Dinner
1 c. brown rice (150)
1 can black bean soup (300)
1 c. grapes (60)
Total - 1,785
