Istock_000001991662small During both the hectic period running up to the holidays and the holiday itself, take some time for yourself every day. Even if you can only manage half an hour, take that time and spend it by yourself,doing something that you enjoy. Maybe you might earmark that time to have a long soak in the bath, curl up and read a good book, listen to a piece of music that calms or inspires you or just lie on your bed in total silence with the phone turned off and a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. You know what it is that you need to do to keep body and soul together!
