Davids family is finally in Latvia!!! They were able to meet and hug and hold "my" boy, now their son! I LOVED seeing the picture of the two finally united and able to meet! What a leap of faith this amazing family took in stepping out so very quickly to agree to adopt this precious boy they hadn't even heard of!
