The Motivation to Exercise

Posted Oct 25 2011 2:22pm

For some people with ADD / ADHD exercising can be challenging. Despite knowing how beneficial exercise is both physically and mentally some people still have trouble finding the motivation to exercise. Today on ADHD Support Talk Radio I was joined by Robert Tudisco who shared what motivates him to exercise. I highly recommend listening to Motivation, Exercise and ADD / ADHD . Robert Tudisco was one of the most inspirational guests that I've had on ADHD Support Talk Radio.
