Lifeliftersaddaudiocoach150x200_3 The ADD Audio Coach is a great program for people with ADD. This program isn't meant to actually take the place of an actual live ADD Coach. However, it can be a wonderful tool for those with Adult ADD to either use by themselves are with their ADD Coach. The workbook and CDs are very " ADD Friendly".
