recovering alcohol/drug addict may be ADHD - doctor will not test due to addiction issues.any ideas of where can we go for help?

his depression meds are about to run out. we are in arkansas but can get to dallas and memphis area if necessary. i'm just beginning to search and any suggestions of avenues to explore will be greatly appreciated!
