Only 15 minutes will change your life.

Seriously, set your timer for 15 minutes and clean the kitchen. When the timer goes off, stop. You will be BLOWN AWAY at how much you can accomplish in just 15 minutes.

Don't believe me? Try it out baby, I'd never tell you a lie.

Make it a game for your ADHD child. Do it WITH them though. ADHD kids lose spans of time when left alone.

Set the timer for 15 minutes and on your mark, get set, GO!
