Make Appointments with Yourself

Posted Nov 10 2008 4:39pm

Sometimes those of us with Adult ADD spend so much time doing things for others that we can forget about ourselves. We get so busy scheduling doctors appointments, car maintenance appointments, and appointments for those we care about. Yet, we don't even think about scheduling appointments with ourselves.

When was the last time you added an appointment with yourself to your calendar or planner? I'm sure you may add in appointments to do housework or other chores. What about designating time to do something that you enjoy?

I encourage all of you reading this to schedule at least one appointment with yourself in the next week!
