The overwhelming feeling of getting something done, or having so much to do. It’s a real burden. It is bigger than it seems, or at least that’s something Austin Powers might say! Recently, I had a couple weeks where I was absolutely overloaded. Whether it was kids sporting events, school, work, laundry, visiting family or all the other tid-bits life tossed in….I was overcome with tasks and to-do’s.
My home even hit a point where I was so busy, it became a mess. My desk was a disaster and this is very unlike me to head down a path of disorganization. I worked through the stress headache, reflected back on many of the blog posts I’ve written and took some of my own advice. I got clean and organized around my house as a starting point. Then, got my to-do list back on track and prioritized.
Executing on this mountain of tasks really wasn’t that bad once I got it together and back on track. It really was bigger than it seemed. “I swear, it’s not mine baby!” (you’ll have to Google that if you don’t get it)
