Well ampetamine is used to treat ADHD so it is possible that it could show up in a urine test. Amphetamines are the byproduct of methamphetamiens (when metabolized), so if you take a drug that contains either, you're going to be positive for methamphetamine ( I think that's the right direction of metabolization). So in a test that is looking for methamphetamines, they would be looking for the byproduct amphetamine. I'm not sure if a test can look for whether or not the person is a drug user or takes ADHD medication. Hopefull this helps, if you're still unsure talk to a doctor or the lab personnel. They'll be able to explain the chemical process much better than I. They can also let you know what the threshold for the test is and what other parameters they use to determine their final decisions.
