Well ampetamine is used to treat ADHD so it is possible that it could show up in a urine test. Amphetamines are the byproduct of methamphetamiens (when metabolized), so if you take a drug that contains either, you're going to be positive for methamphetamine ( I think that's the right direction of metabolization). So in a test that is looking for methamphetamines, they would be looking for the byproduct amphetamine. I'm not sure if a test can look for whether or not the person is a drug user or takes ADHD medication. Hopefull this helps, if you're still unsure talk to a doctor or the lab personnel.
