I have an two anal fissures surgeries which were very pain three years ago. I have a small lump on the outside of my rectum.

The surgeon and my GP told me it is scar tissue and to just deal with it. It is like have a tooth ache on the rectum.  What can I do about this?  It was later found after the surgeries that I have a B12 deficiency which I believed caused all the constipation.
