I just got off antibiotics for strep throat. And now my sinuses keep inflating. They were inflating at night during strep throat. I am using a sinus relief mist every 12 hours. But only if my sinuses are inflated. Do i have sinus infection? or is this continuing inflimation being caused by the sinus relief mist?
