food challenge friday: artificial colors

Last week we took the Food Challenge Friday in a positive direction and added two things: (1) more protein, especially at breakfast, and (2) omega 3 supplements.  I must admit I was actually more lax than usual on the protein this past week. The kids got some organic, gluten-free chocolate crispies cereal at the health foods store and that's all they wanted to eat every day for breakfast. The
