Can you OD on 90MG of Concerta?

my son, who is 11 years old, 75 lbs, is normally prescribed 54mg of concerta and we give him 36mg on the weekend so he will have an appetitie. This morning he took one of each totalling 90 MG - should we take him to the hospital?
