Attention Deficit Disorder: The Unfocused Mind in Children and Adults

It's been quite while since I have written a book review here. One might think that since I received 3 new books about ADD over the past 3 months that it would have been very easy to have done 1 review book per month.
This is one of the better books about Attention Deficit Disorder that I have read in quite some time. Tom Brown really explains the complexity of ADD very well and allows for a typical reader to understand it too. He also dispels many myths associated with Attention Deficit Disorder by explaining what is actually going in the brain.
This wasn't the case for me at all since my Attention Deficit Disorder really kicked in and I could not decide which of the 3 books to begin with. Since challenges in making choices is related to Executive Functioning and ADD, it finally hit me that I should begin with the book Attention Deficit Disorder: The Unfocused Mind in Children and Adults by Thomas E. Brown, Ph.D.
