Having gone through multiple clinical treatments for depression; I know that there is something else being overlooked. As an adult I can handle the ADHD brain. But spells of mood instability can knock me down real quick. I almost sense the occasional brain overactivitly that would have caused absence seizures; Though now they are held in check by the fully developed brain and instead just cause a chemical inbalance. Resulting in major depressive episodes, minor mainia, and a host of other things that are hard to describe.
